Cara Memasak Mie ayam (Indonesian Chicken Noodle):

  1. Put all ingredients (except soy sauce) for the paste in a mortar/ grinding wood or stone and grind until smooth

  2. Heat one tbsp oil in a frying pan, stir fry the paste over low heat until fragrance

  3. Add water and chicken, stir briefly.

  4. Add sweet soy sauce, mix well. Adjust the taste, add seasoning or salt if necessary.

  5. Boil noodle according to thw instruction until al dente. Side a side in a colander to drain.

  6. Add coy sum and blanch just sortly until just wilted.

  7. Serving method: put the noodles and vegetables in a serving bowl. And the chicken on top and pour in the hot soup over it. Garnish with union leaves

  3. 2 Kemiri nut (candle nut)
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1/2 tsp Ground tumeric
  6. 1/2 tsp Ground corriander
  7. Sweet soy sauce
  8. A pinch of Salt
  9. Seasoning
  10. Water
  11. 1 tbsp vegetable Oil
  12. Noodle
  13. Asian egg noodle
  14. Vegetables
  15. Coy sum
  16. Union leaves
  17. Serving
